The Exeter Group of Companies Gets Its Start

The Exeter Group, LLC Formed as 1031 Exchange Holding Company

 

June 23, 2004--San Diego, California--The Exeter Group of Companies gets its initial start with the formation of The Exeter Group, LLC, a Califorina limited liability company.  The Exeter Group, LLC was originally formed under the name of Exeter Holding Company, LLC and ultimately changed its name to The Exeter Group, LLC.

"The Exeter Group, LLC was set-up to function as a holding and operating company for real estate related businesses, which will include 1031 exchange, reverse 1031 exchange and improvement 1031 exchange operations as well as self-directed IRA non-bank custodial services," said William L.
